Shipping policy

By placing an order, you agree to the use of your personal data.

Delivery terms:
All online store prices include valid value added tax.

Anyone under 18 must have their guardian's consent to place an order.

We process your order on weekdays within 24 hours of its arrival. We process orders received over the weekend on Monday.

Our products are produced to order, so our delivery time is a little longer.

We are not responsible if the delivery of the order is prevented, made difficult or delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as war, natural disaster, export or import ban, official decision, disruption of public traffic or other similar activity that complicates or prevents the operation of CKC Clothing Oy's online store.

Right of return

Our products have a 30-day right of return.

To make a return, contact us and we will provide you with return instructions.

The returned product must be in its original condition. We cannot reimburse the price of used or damaged products. When fitting the product, make sure that it does not get stuck to smells, stains or e.g. animal hair. If, upon receiving the product, you notice any damage caused during transportation, please notify us immediately to agree on an exchange or return.

You can use the same resealable delivery bag in which you received your order for the return.

The bag must be opened according to the instructions so that it can be resealed for return.

Please note that you, as a customer, are responsible for your return until we have received it for processing. We only reimburse the price of lost products against a receipt.

The return period is 30 days from when the order is received. Processing times for returns vary depending on the payment method.

Note:

CKC Clothing Oy incurs considerable costs for uncollected packages. Pursuant to the law (1211/2013), we reserve the right to invoice the incurred costs from the customer if delivered packages are returned to us undelivered. The billable cost is €19 per uncollected package, including delivery costs, return costs and handling costs. Please note the pick-up time for your package, and let us know if you cannot pick up your package within the pick-up time.

We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
