Returns and refunds
Our products have a 30-day right of return.
To return products, contact us (info@juhoand.com) and we will provide you with return instructions.
The returned product must be in its original condition. We cannot reimburse the price of used or damaged products. When fitting the product, make sure that it does not get stuck to smells, stains or e.g. animal hair. If, upon receiving the product, you notice any damage caused during transportation, please notify us immediately to agree on an exchange or return.
You can use the same resealable delivery bag in which you received your order for the return. The bag must be opened according to the instructions so that it can be resealed for return.
Please note that you, as a customer, are responsible for your return until we have received it for processing. We only reimburse the price of lost products against a receipt.
The return period is 30 days from when the order is received. Processing times for returns vary depending on the payment method.
